Coalition of Labour unions under the auspices of Trade Union Congress (TUC) on Wednesday gave the Federal Government a 14-day ultimatum within which to allow the Tripartite Committee on minimum wage to conclude its work and announced new wages for Nigerian workers.
At a joint press conference addressed by the unions in Lagos, led by TUC President, Bobboi Bala Kaigama, they warned that if government fails to meet the ultimatum which started on Wednesday, they may not guarantee continued industrial peace and harmony in the country.
